About catalyst 3D

Catalyst 3D provides services for 3D Printing, 3D Modelling & 3D Visualisation for your ideas and projects in the Harrogate and Leeds area of North Yorkshire. Our goal is to provide a bespoke, efficient and cost effective service to our clients in a variety of industries with small one-off prints, prototypes and small to medium scale production runs.

PROTOTYPES

With no minimum order we can provide prototypes wth a variety of materials.

MODELLING

You can provide your own stl files or use our skilled staff to produce your 3D models using Fusion 360.

VISUALISATION

Rendered images can be used for concept designs and marketing.

3D Printing Services

Our 3D printing service is used to fabricate high quality prototypes or for low volume production runs of plastic components. Products modelled in 3D CAD can be produced in a variety of materials to replicate the products aesthetics, form and functionality. Catalyst 3D's prototyping service helps customers in the Harrogate and Leeds area of North yoskhire to reduce costs, speed up product development time and create valuable presentation tools.

FDM 3D Printing

We currently only use FDM (Fused Deposition Modelling OR Fused Filament Fabrication) printers for 3D Printing.

We produce 3D Parametric CAD models. Using Fusion 360 we create precise CAD designs for printing and manufacturing.

We assemble designs with a traditional bottom-up, middle-out or top-down approach and analyse assembly motion.

3D Parametric Modeling from reference means modelling your 3d designs using existing partsor pictures for reference.
